I am trying to transfer pictures from this phone to my pc. I have installed the Samsung USB drivers and software into my pc. When the USB cable is connected to the PC and phone, the phone indicates that there is a connection. However, the Samsung PC Studio 3 software indicates that the devices are not connected, and the software will not complete the connection. Also, MS Explorer does not find the phone as a drive. I have 6 USB ports that I use with other devices and none of the ports appear to work with this device (They work!). Could the USB cable be the problem?
